I have taken the long road south for the Easter weekend and while in Vancouver among the noise and traffic I was thinking about how fortunate I am to live in Prince George! I have been in Vancouver for 3 days, visiting family and cant believe how things have grown and changed down here. It takes a whole day to get somewhere, rather than the 10 minutes it takes in Prince George- not to mention the $60 in gas to travel around... wow.. how can people afford to live here. Speaking of living costs.... Prince George is one of the lowest markets to invest in Real estate! We have wonderful new large houses for the same price as 40 yr old fixer uppers in Vancouver.

 

I love Prince George and when I come down to visit people are always asking " so, you want to move back to Vancouver", my reply is always "no way!" I will continue to come for a visit, however, each time I come I realize how lucky I am to live in Prince George and I look forward to coming home.
