My boyfriend and I are first time buyers. We had no idea what to do or expect from buying a house. We looked on the MLS for months. We really didnt know where to start. Tracy made it easy! She told us what we needed to do, the order to do it in, and helped us in choosing our new home.
Tracy drove around endlessly from one end of town to the other (literally) , from Buckhorn to Miworth, and everywhere in between, almost breaking her "never run out of gas" record. Tracy listened to what we wanted , paid attention to our "have to haves" and the "can live withouts" to direct us to the house that is now ours! Tracy was honest and straight forward, telling us which house was worth our time and which ones didnt meet our criteria. MLS only has so much info on each listing; Tracy gave us advice on how to handle the offer stage, and gave honest feed back on our offers, allowing us to make the decisions without pressure! Tracy helped us through what could have been a very stressful step in becoming a homeowner and we could not thank her enough.
